Sandeep Sinha, a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of hands-on operational experience, possesses a deep understanding of private markets. His extensive expertise in venture capital and venture debt has been instrumental in founding Oister Global, a company with a mission to power India’s Alternatives, by investing in top-tier PE/VC funds that fuel India’s growth.
As the co-founder and managing partner of Lumis Partners, Sandeep has been at the forefront of developing innovative debt-based solutions, empowering entrepreneurs to scale their businesses with alternative sources of capital.
Sandeep’s broad experience in the private market landscape is evidenced by his close involvement with numerous promising startups over the past decade. He also serves on the investment committee of Stride Ventures, a venture debt fund supported by Lumis. Sandeep’s commitment to the industry extends to his participation in the National Skills Committee and his role as Co-Chair of TiE Education SIG, a platform focused on addressing opportunities, challenges, and solutions within the education sector.
Before his tenure at Lumis, Sandeep held the position of Senior Director at 3Com Technologies and took part in General Electric’s global technology leadership program. Sandeep earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Delhi Institute of Technology and completed his Master’s degree at the London School of Economics.
