Rishabh leads private market investments at Oister Global, with 9+ years of experience across alternative assets. Over the last 7+ years, including his time at Avendus, he has evaluated and managed ~40 investments across growth-stage companies, PE/VC funds, special situations, and private credit. His work spans the full investment lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, structuring, monitoring, and exits.
Prior to Oister, Rishabh was part of the private markets investment team at Avendus, where he underwrote high-growth opportunities and alternative fund strategies. He began his career as an entrepreneur, co-founding a food services venture that shaped his on-ground business instincts early on.
He holds a commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and an MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, where he was named to the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
