Mallika Narang sits at the intersection of product, capital, and relationships in private markets. As Head of Partnerships at Oister, she translates complex investment offerings into compelling propositions for private banks, wealth managers, and HNIs/UHNIs. She leads the firm’s pan-India outreach, steering capital formation and strategic partnerships across venture capital, private equity, and private credit.
Previously, Mallika built and led the fund placement division at Marquee Equity and began her career in investment banking at Nomura, where she executed cross-border M&A and capital markets deals across sectors from TMT to healthcare.
She holds an MSc in Finance with Distinction from Strathclyde Business School and ranked among the top of her class at NMIMS. Known for her sharp market sense and strong client rapport, Mallika blends analytical depth with investor empathy.
Outside work, she’s a passionate home baker and a sufi road-tripper at heart.
